Please arrive a few minutes early to take full advantage of your scheduled time.

Please note that a 48-hour notice by phone is required (72 hours for Monday sessions) for changes to your scheduled appointment, using the phone number provided in your email confirmation. Please also notify me if you are sending a family member or friend in your place if you can’t make it yourself, but please pay for your session in full otherwise.  

Sessions may include your choice of traditional (Swedish/sports) massage, acupressure/shiatsu, cranio-sacral therapy, abdominal work, thorax work, manual lymph drainage, reiki, as well as yoga and meditation guidance. For yoga, abdominal or cranio-sacral work, please wear appropriate clothing. Direct thorax (chest area) work requires written consent for women.
