Scheduling Policies


Think of your reserved therapeutic time the same way you would treat a leisure event such as concerts, theater, or other prepaid venues.  You bought a ticket, and something comes up. What would you do? 

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, as well as to the staff, the following policies are honored:

  • At least 48 hour advance notice is required when changing  a 60 or 90 minute appointment.
  • 72 hour advance notice is required for changing Monday sessions.
    • This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
  • If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, unless you arrange a replacement. It's like giving your concert ticket to a friend or family member!

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be charged the full rate for their missed appointment. Remember, you can always send a friend or family member in your place!

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
